In this YouTube short, Tommy Dobczyk explains how to use the HUD Homestore website (hudhomestore.gov) to locate HUD‑owned or HUD‑approved properties that have been abandoned and are now looking for new owners. He walks viewers through the navigation: starting at hudhomestore.gov, selecting the appropriate link that redirects to hud.gov, and then viewing listings of HUD‑approved houses that need owners because they were abandoned. The video’s purpose is to inform viewers that these government‑run sites provide a searchable database of such properties and to encourage them to explore the listings for potential purchase opportunities.

HUD Home Store, right? This is another website, government-owned, hud.gov, right? And so it tells you where to look. You can go in hudhomestore.gov and you— and what it is, is these are places, if you click on that one right there, that's going to hud.gov. But if you, if you select that one right there, see where that one goes, what you're going to be getting is, is houses that were HUD approved and on HUD that are now needing an owner because somebody abandoned them, right?
