Tommy Dobczyk walks through a mountainside property that burned twice, finding torched walls, ripped-out plumbing, and someone sleeping inside. He plans to contact the owners about buying it with no money down.
Yeah, that's what you think it is. All right, let's go check it out. There we go. Only got 10 minutes of battery life, so we gotta be quick. We're here today to look at this burnout, figure out what's going on with it. I'm gonna have to call the guy. Can't find a way in. Yeah. Here we go. Here we go. Relax a little bit. Yeah, I get a tool. Yeah. There we go. All right, let's check it out. 5. Unit 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. You see inside here, they got a lot of the work done already, it looks like. And then it started on fire again. I guess another. Can't really see anything. Oh, they got plumbing work. Oh, God. Going on. I mean, it's got solid doors on it. Let's see what happened around back. What's it going on in here? This little back way in. Check it out. I think all the plumbing was ripped out of here. And they. When we got halfway done with it. Yeah, that's what you think it is. Somebody's been spending the night here. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Somebody been sleeping right there. These will get you tetanus shots. Fucking nails sticking up. Oh, here we go. Here we go. This is where the fun stuff starts. So they've got torched up right here. Not bad, but this is. This is the problem. This is the problem right here. What in the hell is all this stupid. Jesus, man. County needs to find them, do something with this. And then the phone went dead. So anyway, based on the Google images, it's a great mountainside property. We're going to reach out to the owners and try to put a deal together on this one.
