Are you pitching deals in the deal room?
Deals before she came across the one in Tempe, like, no joke. So this is like, this is the training ground for this. There's no right or wrong answer. It's like, okay, how do we develop this inside of all of you? So I want everybody to find a deal, get it lined up, and be ready to share your screen. So Tracy, can we—
before I— yeah, I want to run Tracy's deal, but we also want to talk to Amor about Fractional today because Amor, right on my way here this morning, I got a call from that one nonprofit that's trying to start the sober living house.
Okay.
So they want to set up a call. And so I'm going to, I'm going to see if I can get you to be on that call with them and we can kind of walk through that. They, they have no experience at doing it but a good business plan. So based on that, I kind of expressed to them that without, without a strong history, there's going to be very little to no chance of being able to kind of actually find institutional funding. Or anything unless we had like, like personal guarantees from that. So from that standpoint, so Tracy, if you want to pull up your screen on the shared screen, we'll pop into that for about 10 minutes and run that deal. And then we'll bounce over to Amor and discuss more about fractional because Amor wants to have a— Amor wants to have a webinar about starting our investor club.
