What did they do in the deal room today? I live in Orlando and we're starting to get cold here right now. But I do real estate investing. I also am an event strategist and I also do education and so I'm excited to be here. Kathryn has been my mentor and just excited to continue this work so that I can leave a legacy for my kids and for others.
Yeah, so. So national, I work with National Farm park association and one of our missions is legacy investing and impact investing for development. So kind of combining housing with luxury and nature and land conservation and that kind of thing. So right now I'm using Landshark and, you know, the deal Hunter platform on the opposite side where we're going to start shopping a deal which is about 70 acres and it's a combination of like a farm, park, nature preserve and development. We're looking to sell off the property to a developer that wants to develop it and possibly, possibly doing some of the carry back of the financing. But I'm ready not to be the operator after 30 years and to work with Katherine and Marcy and just do some passive investing. So I want to get some of our money out of that so that we can basically pay off the debts. And like I said, if it's a good operator, developer, builder, then we're willing to kind of partner with them a little bit. But generally we want to pay off about half of it so that we can go to Catherine and Marcy and be like, I need a vacation.
