Today in The Deal Read. It's out there in Nevada and I pulled up, I pulled up Rob Roszynski's deep dive. We looked at Rob's stuff here and Rob's done some stuff. He's got, he's got a lot of interesting background in, in where he comes from, what he does. Right. I didn't get to look up his partner, Jeff. I wish I could find out Jeff's last name. I'd go look up Jeff, but I, I could almost bet that Jeff's the opposite of Rob and Jeff's the kind of guy that's a hyena. He's like, oh, you killed it. I'm gonna steal it. Right. And he doesn't take, he doesn't leave enough meat on the bone for people.
