He's, he's having the same struggle between finding just pure RV toy storage and self storage and then having the hybrid of those two where you've got self storage spaces and then you got parking lot spaces. And so he's going back and forth like that on what, what he's got going. Got it. Okay. So but same same situation where mobile home park is more personal, RVs more recreational. You know, toy storage is a higher end clientele than self storage. Sometimes self storage are people that are transient needing space, like places to go. My brother's ex wife was actually found in one of those things doing nefarious things as an addict would do. Oh wow. So that's a worry that you have to have as a self storage person is, you know, people living in there and not, not being good people. Don't believe it at that. So it is the top of the hour. We got other things to jump into today and we'll be back tomorrow. We're going to talk more about the event. We're going to keep doing deals with people. We've kind of, we've got, we used to have like a structure of Monday it was this thing, Tuesday it was this thing. Now we're just like, let's just do all the things. So we're going to update the Landshark page about just coming in and running deals with us. Whether it's RV parks, mobile home parks, data centers, you name it, we're going to run deals on it and do them every day, Monday through Friday, 9 to 10. People thought it was a great idea. When we talked about it in Florida, they're like, oh my God, love to check it out. So I honestly think we need to do some marketing and advertising behind that and get people to show up in the, in the call for that. So. But wrap it up with a quick prayer.
