Tommy Dobczyk outlines Septic King, a franchise selling concrete septic tanks with 40-80% profit margins. He plans to start with cheap bio-pod additives on Amazon, then upsell customers $3,500 tanks, potentially dropping 100 per day. The exit strategy includes an opportunity-zone sale or ESOP.

Are you in the deal room? Manufacturing company, they make septic tanks, concrete septic tanks and concrete blocks. There's a 40 to 80% markup on margin with that, with that alone, right? Just 40 to 80% to manufacture it and sell it. We're going to do it on Amazon. We've got a partnership with people on Amazon currently that are going to help us take these products. I've done it already on Facebook Marketplace. Place. And I've mastered it in 7 states already. So Septic King is going to become a franchise in the septic tank industry. Yeah. You know, so and it's kind of cool how it works out. The Amazon guys like, we're going to sell— you don't live in a septic tank, you have to put bio pods into a septic tank so that it breaks down the solids and turns it into water out the back. Right. Sherri Lynn ain't in here. She'd understand. But we're going to sell these Pods on Amazon as a way to get people back to our— that's our top of funnel. It'll get us to our bottom of funnel where they're like, hey, my septic tank quit working because I didn't use these pods before. And now we can dropship them a septic tank. Nice, right? High ticket item too, by the way. $3,500 and up on each one. Right. And so if we're dropshipping 100 of those a day, I'll let you guys do the math. Anyway, that's going to exit to an opportunity zone exit or an ESOP. Okay.
