Buying, buying in volume. So when you buy land in volume, you're buying like five acres of land. And when you buy five acres of land, what you can do is then go and have it divided. You can have it entitled, you can have permits put to it, etc. To raise the value without ever picking up a shovel, without ever touching a hammer. You can turn the vacant property into valuable land that you're able to do things with. I sold the raw dirt that you see in the above picture. I sold that property four times before I was done building the house down below. And the house down below was basically paid for 100% by the amount of times that we sold the property to the next user. Sam.
