Because I— when you guys were running the deals, I was like, I don't know what they're doing. I'm just showing up and listening, and I'd hear little things here and there, but I wasn't actually registering what you guys were doing. And also, I didn't have the Buy Box, so I just saw that you guys were looking for different types of deals, and I thought you guys were just on LoopNet just randomly going through. And I was like, oh my, how much time is that? My thought was, how much time is that gonna take? So this does look like it can go way faster, and like, I can spend 20, 30 minutes at the end of the night going through something, and that won't take away from my kids. Or I feel like I can do it faster. But I was overwhelmed with the thought of needing to spend hours on LoopNet or Krexi.
