If a more was to say get a deal like we looked at yesterday over there in Melbourne, Florida, which I want to go deeper on that with you more and see if we can't make a phone call to that seller and kind of see where we're at, what we can do. You know, if it's owner financing involved, it's worth getting into because our upfront costs keep us in that realm. Like, what we looked at and discovered was there's a high possibility the ARV on that place is going to be around 6, $7 million. Right. And so we might have to set it up where we go after a $5 million loan, acquisition loan. But the way to get there has to be creatively structured.
So I talked to them yesterday after that call, so hope to hear back. We also send it to that Salt river one that you said you like, the courtyard or whatever. So, yeah, Salt.
