Tommy Dobczyk explains how to find mobile home park deals by networking at events and matching properties with the right buyers. He describes different investor types: some want negative-equity properties, others seek wrap-around deals combining distressed and quality assets. The play is remembering conversations and connecting parties for free to test the fit and position yourself for future deals.
