It's going to be the Opportunity Zone. And then for three days. And that is all about teaching investors about how to invest in Opportunity Zones, understand the tax advantages and benefits, the community advantages and benefits, and just huge amounts of. There's an enormous amount of detail around all of this and getting educated. And then for funds that want to get involved in Opportunity Zones and really be a part of leaving every person, property and community better than they found them. I know that's my thing, but that really is what the Opportunity Zone is about. And so now with this book, we have a certification. And so that certification comes with an enormous amount of benefits and support and everything around continuing to be updated and educated and guided and mentored and whatever consulted through the whole process.
