Raise $1 million from ten investors at $100,000 each, put it in a larger fund earning 20%, and pocket a 5% finder's fee: $50,000 a year for three years with minimal ongoing work.
Who is Catherine Bell? True passive income. Now let's just say, so I have my $50 million fund, right? I have other people that say, hey, wait a minute, I have lots of investors that would love to invest with me, and they put it into my fund, and now I can take that and I can invest my fund into your fund. So let's just say you have a million, you have a million dollars from investor money coming in, multiple different investors, Let's just say 10 investors, they each bring in $100,000. Now that we take that and we put that into the fund, we pay them 20%, but we also pay you 5%, which is $50,000 per year for 3 years. That's an additional $150,000 because you did the work once you brought those relationships in, they're happily getting paid 20%. And you make 5% on top of that. That for you is true passive income because you created these relationships and you nurture them and you take care of them. They stay tucked away inside of your fund and then you help them get into our fund.
That is incredible. And so the ways that you can do this is blowing my mind.
