We were talking with somebody last night about DSCRs, and if we're able to prove the DSCR, we can get it done and get, get a good loan on it. We've got the ability to set up the fractional with this. Why is it not, why is it not performing, et cetera. And I think the other part too is going to be to update the kitchens, the bathrooms in the house to actually be a luxury, right? Especially if it's in a spot where it's supposed to be luxury, right?
