Tommy Dobczyk breaks down three real estate strategies: house-hacking while you build and sell, holding projects for rental income, and packaging land with permits to sell to larger developers.
Chapters
The real estate strategy angles, build strategies, best strategies would be build to sell. And then what we do is we put that on an owner occupancy type situation, and then they sell the rest of the units or rent the rest of the units. We've got a house hack product, which I just described, and then the build to hold situation or build to rent. Like we can do a build to rent for sure. Merchant development is that we build entitlement development pipelines and sell shovel-ready projects to larger developers. Like, that's a, that's a different spin. We go in, we buy the land, we get it all set, we put the, we put all the things to it and sell it as a package to somebody.
