He's seeking accreditation from Wharton and Arizona State University to create a certified advisor credential and searchable database of real estate and business professionals.

And we're teaching 3 days of opportunity zone development from the book that we wrote, encouraging people to sign up for the curriculum and take the accredited exam. We're seeking accreditation currently from Wharton School of Business and ASU and their business school. So we're trying to shop around who wants to help us accredit, get the exam accredited, but we're getting it accredited to start the Certified Opportunity Zone Advisor Association, where any real estate professionals or real estate investment professionals or business professionals can come get the certification and be on the database of Certified Opportunity Zone Advisors for any investors, both individual and institution.
