I'm going to skip that all for now. It gives an updated underwriting option, biggest diligence checklist. And again, I went back and I asked for if it had any zoning letters to confirm that. I asked if it had any plans, if it had a survey, any impact fee confirmation, anything about the home dealership. You're right, it still hasn't run and put it in to see if this tract is in the opportunity zone. It suggests capital stack. And then this is all what I got actually this morning. I just added in. So wetland survey, rezoning approval, road survey, and then this one was— I can't remember which one, but I added all these to the packet.
