Today in The Deal Room. Vetting, or we still are talking about vetting and I need to add a good vet, right? So we went and seen a speaker and met a guy and his name was Vic Keller. And I said, Vic Keller, do a deep dive. And so when it deep dove Vic Keller, it came back saying that Vic Keller is a serial entrepreneur, private equity operator, and he likes to buy service-based business, especially in the automotive business and manufacturing service business. Business area and then sell them to a division of Berkshire Hathaway that buys that stuff. And so this guy buys operator, operator-style businesses, increases their value, and then sells them to Berkshire Hathaway.
