Hello everybody, it's Marcus from PageProof here to go through the PageProof Academy quarterly recap for Q3 of 2026. Now what I wanted to go through today was 10 of our most used features. So we've got 10 of these to go through and that's a lot. We've got a lot to get through today. So what I'm going to do is take you through these these updates and we'll take a look at each one. I'm not going to go into a lot of detail because of course there's so much to look at. So let's jump in straight away and have a look at the first one. So new dashboard sidebar. So this was released and a lot of, a lot of people love this. The great thing about the new sidebar is it's more compact. We're showing you the totals down the side here, which is really good. And we've also moved the, the additional functions out. So you've got this option here, which is the little cog icon here. So let's just go have a look at that. So here's the sidebar and you can see everything showing inside of here. If you click onto the manage, you'll see it now pops out and shows us all of the options. And there's a whole lot more options inside of here for you to take a look at. So this is where you can manage things in bulk. Add editors, add reviewers, add this, add that, change statuses or whatever you need to go through. You can do all of those things in these bulk actions in the sidebar. So the sidebar was a great new feature. And as you can see, we've crunched everything up here and just show you a little bit more information about that sidebar. So that's the first thing released in Q3 4.26, the new dashboard sidebar. If you haven't already checked it out and it's pretty hard to avoid, then you'll see it there. Okay, next thing here, the comment audit and a comment audit and also the all versions audit. So we've been auditing, adding an audit into the audit for each proof, which now lets you know who marked a comment as to-do and who added a comment and edited and all that sort of thing. So you've got that information in the audit. So if you ever need to go back and have a look and say, well, you know, who marked it as a to-do, now we have that available. You can see that inside of the comment audit, which is super useful. And the other change that we did was in the audit view, you can now do all versions. So you'll see here we've got the summary view showing us what's going on with this particular proof, and it's showing for version 1. If I click that dropdown, I could say all versions, and it would give me a running audit of all of the versions in that one screen. So you can see essentially the lifecycle of the proof in one screen without having to kind of go through each one manually. And if you're a PageProof Enterprise customer, then of course there's the download option here, which will allow you to download the audit and tuck that aside where you might need it in your, in your own system. So keeping a copy of that audit, which is super useful. So that's the comment audit and also the audit for the the all versions, which is, which is great. Pi credit usage. So we last quarter showed you that you could see the totals of your, of your Pi credit usage, which is great. And there's the options there to top up those credits, which, you know, people have been, as they've been discovering PageProof Intelligence and particularly on the proofing screen, the amazing insights that PageProof Intelligence gives you. when you open up your proofing screen. We've also got a feature now where you can make Page Proof Intelligence only viewable to your team. So there's an option if you're a team admin, there's an option for you to go and do that and just say, hey, just show the intelligence stuff for our team. I don't want to see our customers seeing that. So there's some options in there for you to look at. But also in the credit usage under the intelligence tab inside of the team admin's view, you can now click to open up and see the usage by person and the number of credits that are being used. So the consumption is here and that's super useful. So you can keep track of, of the consumption. So it gives a lot of comfort for people with credits, particularly getting all these massive benefits out of PageProof Intelligence, but now being able to make sure that the credit usage is also tracked. So there you have it. That is a feature released in our Q3 bundle as well. So really, really great for those working with PageProof Intelligence. Now, if you haven't got Page Proof Intelligence turned on, I highly recommend you do because there are some really great features available there for putting comments on your proofs, for giving you feedback on your work. And there is a feature I'll be talking about in a moment, which I know a lot of you are going to really love. So certainly something to explore. Web proof zooming. So There was a world where, you know, you might have some, some ads, banner ads, or you might have a website up on screen inside of Page Proof. And the terms and conditions text is just too small. And, you know, the person's like, well, I can't really read the text. I'm not really sure because of the website, you know, for whatever reason, I'd love to be able to zoom it. So we added zooming and panning to website proofing. So let's have a quick look and see how that looks in the real world. So here I've got a popular website, and you can see there's a, there's a whole lot of things here, and I can scroll through this website, and that's all great. And then we get down to this kind of the small text down the bottom here. And for some people, they're like, look, I want to really zoom this up so I can, I can check it against my terms and conditions. So you'll see over here we've got the zoom. So you can now pop out the zoom and you can zoom up the website. And if you want to pan it, you just click on pan and And now you can pan this around wherever you need it to be. Go back in, I'm gonna zoom that a little bit more. And now you can get into the detail of that fine text on your website or any other HTML-based content that you might be working with. And then click back on fit to just zoom it back to fit. And, you know, everything works as you'd expect. So the panning and zooming is super, super great. And that feature shipped in Q3. So you've got that available for you to use, which is great. And what's coming soon with website proofing is we'll give you the ability to highlight the text and put that into comments. So you better highlight the text, add comments referring to that. So text selection on HTML content is coming in Q4. So just thought I'd give you a little preview on that. So, you know, there's a lot of new things that we're looking at for HTML content, particularly websites, emails, and banner ads. So look for those as we go into Q4 and into 27. We're going to see some great new features and enhancements for the HTML proofing inside of Page Proof. OK, let's jump over and take a look at the next thing. Video frames on the print sheet. OK, so with video proofing, as we know, you watch your video, you grab hold of the red pen, it stops the video. You can then draw on the frame and write your comments. That's great. And then you'd go to share this print sheet of all the changes with an editor who is working offline for some reason. And what the shortcoming of the print sheet previously was, there was no reference frame on the print sheet. You literally had the comment and a timecode. Which, okay, that's semi-useful, but I'd love to see the markup and I'd love to see the reference frame for that. So we added it. So now on the print sheet, you'll see that there is a reference frame beside the comment and at the timecode. And we also put the markup on here as well. So you can see exactly where the person leaving the feedback was referring to. So that is now on print sheets for video. So what happens here is that as you're going through and commenting on your video, we're taking snapshots of that reference frame as you are doing your markup. And then those reference frames are available on the print sheet inside of here. So really, really useful. Now, the other sort of thing that— the other thing that's going to be really useful about this is this reference frame is also going to be available in Adobe Premiere, Apple Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve as well. So back inside the editing tools, this reference frame will also be available with a future update to those plugins, which we're pinning for Q4 as well, possibly '27, but we're capturing those frames today inside the comments. So that's the video frames. on the print sheet. Okay, so final step of the workflow. Previously, you can see here that, you know, this is my final step. I've got these people in here, they're all approvers, they're all equal when it comes to the ability to make a decision. And you'll see my step decision here says this step waits for all approvers to leave their decision. Now, there was one point in time with this where If Janson sent back a to-do list, it would immediately send the to-do list back and almost deprive the other approvers of being able to leave their decision. It was like whoever sends a to-do list overrides everybody. And, you know, a number of you gave us feedback about that and said, well, that's not kind of fair in the world of review. And we agreed. And so what we've done there is we have changed the way that the final step works. When it says we need to get the decisions from all the approvers, it'll wait for all the decisions in that final step and then take the appropriate action, which means that you haven't got one person being able to fully override everybody else. So it's a different behavior, and it's something that if you're, if you're not familiar with the behavior, just do a couple of test proofs to, to see how it works. But it's a far better way of doing it than just letting one person in the mix change the destiny of the others in that same step. We've now given everybody that equal measure to be able to leave their decisions. And then once all the decisions are gathered, then the step will be— will evaluate and do the things that it needs to do. So that's the change that was made for the decision threshold on the final step of the proof. So I think that one's a really, really great one. And also, if you are familiar with the way it worked before, it's probably worth you just relooking at it and getting familiar with the new way that that final step works. So Adobe Photoshop. So with Adobe Photoshop, here I am inside of Adobe Photoshop, and if you have multiple artboards inside of Photoshop, it is something that the support side of it was there in Illustrator. You know, if you had like 5 artboards in your Illustrator file, you could, when you uploaded, you could choose all artboards or whatever you need to do. So inside of Photoshop, they added artboards in a particular way. And now when you upload the proof, you'll get the option here to choose an artboard or choose all. Of course, my test file doesn't have all of a bunch of artboards, but The point is here that we're giving you the ability to send out and choose artboards and fully supporting artboards in Photoshop from today. So that plugin is out and it's there for you to use and getting those artboards out into your proofs. So do update your plugin inside of Creative Cloud. So go to your Creative Cloud application, Go to the plugins, just do a search for PageProof, and then update your plugins. There's also updates to the InDesign plugin as well, giving you pre-proof and a few other features that you may not have seen. So definitely worth getting these up to date. And yeah, artboard support in Photoshop, really, really great. We've also added pre-proof to Photoshop as well. So If you haven't heard about preproof, preproof is a feature using PageProof Intelligence, and it lets you have your work checked before you send a proof. And if you are a PageProof Enterprise customer and you have agents defined for checking your work, you can use those agents inside your design application. It's a big deal. You know, we're used to getting feedback from by sending a proof out to multiple people. We now have a world where you can use pre-proof and get feedback from your AI agent inside PageProof Intelligence, fix those changes, and then do your first proof. And what the effect of that is huge. You now have better work going to your reviewers for the very first time Less feedback from reviewers, happier reviewers, faster turnarounds. I mean, the knock-on effect is huge. So that is something that pre-proof does. And if I open up this little panel here, you'll see these little colored icons here. If I click onto here, it shows us the pre-proof interface inside of Photoshop. So this is the same pre-proof interface that you would have seen inside of InDesign. It's now in Photoshop. You can choose your agent inside of here so you can go through and decide what type of agent you want to run against your work. Click review and it'll give you insights into the— into what the AI has said. Now, my agent was looking for multiple sponsor logos and also just was saying, hey, look, you know, we need to make sure we've got the any talent, we've got to sign off for using the talent. So there's the summary telling me, hey, there's a Formula 1 car here and it's a model. And we can see that it's got multiple sponsor logos and a third-party branding visible, which may cause some legal issues. And if I go into issues, it actually details out exactly where those are and goes through all the information here, which is really, really cool. So this is giving me feedback. So, you know, talent usage, right? There's a life-size cutout of a person. In the shot, make sure you have usage rights for using that. And you can see, hey, multiple brand sponsors and brand marks are visible in the image, which may cause brand conflict. So this is really, really important feedback before we send it out to our team for proofing. So pre-proof is really cool and now it's available to you inside of Adobe Photoshop. Next up is InDesign. That's coming very, very soon. So for those of you which are right into packaging and you're using Illustrator for packaging, pre-proof for Illustrator is on its way. It's coming really soon. Other products that have pre-proof today include Microsoft Office, so Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and I think PowerPoint's the key one there. Pre-proof is available inside PowerPoint today. It's shipping today, and so you're able to get agents to check your work for brand consistency, fonts, you know, legal terms, language, whatever you like can be put into the agent and it can check your work before you send a proof. Hence the name pre-proof. So that is pre-proof for Photoshop. It's coming soon for Illustrator. It's coming soon for Canva and it'll also be coming soon for Figma as well. But they're a little bit down further down the track. But that's just to let you know what's coming. This is a really great one. So if I go in and show you exactly how that works, I come into my computer here and I'll choose maybe a couple of files. I'll grab a JPEG here and maybe let's have a look. We'll grab this one and let's have a look. There might be another one that we can get. Let's get a PDF as well as part of the mix. So I might just grab these files. Comes up and says, hey, do you want to combine these into one proof? And sure I do. So I click on Combine. It then takes me to this little order dialog here where I can move things around. So I can say, actually, I want that one to be up there and I want the PDF to be in the middle. So you can reorder where the files will show as pages in the proof. So this reordering is really, really useful for those situations where you drag in a whole lot of files and then you think, oh, I need to reorder those. Hey, you can do it now. You click on Confirm Order, and it'll carry on with the proof upload process just like it has done in the past. So a nice little addition to the combined proofs, really useful for that situation where you just didn't name them necessarily in the way that gives them the right order, and now you can reorder them. So that's a super great little feature there for For those that do a lot of combined proofs. Final file delivery. So final file delivery is a feature where you can have, upon approval, your asset delivered to a digital asset management system. So this is the first option you see here. These are PageProof Enterprise features, but you'll see MediaValet, Canto, and Binder. are currently supported. If you're looking for other DAMs, we're working on other DAMs right now, but these are the 3 that are in production and ready to connect, and you can have your proofs approved and delivered to your digital asset management systems. What it does is you simply, when you upload a proof, you can determine which tag you want to have for it to deliver, and it will then When it sees the tag on the proof, it will then trigger a delivery of the approved asset to that digital asset management system, which you've previously set up. It puts it into an incoming folder. So you create a category or a, or whatever you like inside the DAM, and then we deliver the asset to the DAM. And what we also do there is that we put some metadata against that asset in the DAM saying, you know, here's the URL that was used to approve it and all those sorts of things. So you've got a link back to PageProof as well. So that is final file delivery for your digital asset management system. This is going to send your assets to your storage provider. Now the great thing here is that you're going to see right now OneDrive is there and this is available on PageProof for Teams Plus and Enterprise. So if you're using storage provider like OneDrive, SharePoint, Google Drive, Dropbox— OneDrive is shipping today, so you can literally put a OneDrive tag and that will deliver the asset immediately over to OneDrive. And that's today, that's right now. You can set that up and as soon as the proof is approved, boom, the file's over in OneDrive. You know, if you want to do this all manually, you've got to download the asset. You've got to then, you know, move it into the digital asset management system, copy the file up there, do all those sorts of things. It's a manual process. So I'll just go back to that previous slide. Digital asset management systems and storage providers covered. Digital asset management, it's MediaValet, Canto, and Binder. Today, shipping today. And There we have OneDrive today, SharePoint, Google Drive, and Dropbox coming very soon. Now, when I say very soon, very soon, like it's in testing. So those will be— the coming soons will drop off there very, very soon. I think we're on to the last feature, collections. So we released a huge upgrade. I'm going to use the word huge. It's a very big upgrade to collections, folders, and subfolders. And this is now out in production. You will see this if you go to PageProof right now. The ability for you to create up to 5 levels deep for your collections and collection folders and things. You know, previously we went a couple of layers. Now we've gone 5 layers deep and we've improved the sharing capabilities of these. We've just, just really made a huge difference here. So what I'm gonna do is just quickly show you the things that you can do now with the new collections. So I'm gonna jump over here. And if you now roll down the collections, you will see this new collections interface. And by the way, we've also added the ability here to roll up the other areas so you can get more room showing here, which is really nice. So you can see here, I have got some collections and collections sitting in subfolders. And then if you look at this one for Client A, I've got a marketing collection here which now holds an imagery one, which now holds a graphics one. So you can just go down 5 levels if you want to for your collections. And the great thing here is that you can move these around. So if you think, oh, logos is really in imagery, just drag and drop it up onto imagery and now it becomes part of imagery. So you can do all that. Really, really great way of organizing your— so you use drag and drop to organize them the way you want. If you want a subfolder under imagery, another one, just click the plus here beside imagery and that'll pop up and you can then give it a name and you can see where it's going inside and you can even put a nice description here, share with your team. So we're giving you this nice interface to actually create your collections on the fly. And that's the same in the proof setup screen as well. You get the same dialog when you want to use collections. One tip to note, as soon as you put proofs inside a collection, you can't do the— you can't make a subfolder from there. Once you start putting proofs into a collection, that kind of now turns it into a permanent collection, and you're not able to add subfolders further on from that. But the great thing is you can append folders above it, drag and drop it around, and organize the way you want. So The max levels is set to 5, so you can do 5 levels of folders and subfolders inside of your collections panel. So here I've got 1, 2, 3, 4. I can go another level if I wanted to inside of here. So under logos, I could put in here and say, you know, black and white logos, for example, and add that in as well. So now you can see it's going down 5 levels. So really, really great and useful. And you can see the management of this. If you click on the little cog icon, then you can see the options here. Adding descriptions for collections is really great. So if I say this is black and white logos, for example, all right, that's just going to now put that there. If I, if I'm in the proof setup screen, it's going to give me more information. So there we have it. That is the collections. And as I said, You know, this is a really, really great change to Page Proof. This has been something that people have asked for, and we have gone as far as we think that would be superbly useful for people. The ability to go 5 levels deep. Once you start putting proofs inside the collection, it no longer becomes a folder, but then you can drag and move them around wherever you need. So, That is the collections feature inside of PageProof today. It is there today. Go and have a play. And yeah, it's a really, really great feature. I hope this has been useful. We have another quarterly roundup coming at the end of next quarter, but I suspect that will be a part of our 12 Days of Christmas, which, you know, people who have been PageProof customers for a long time will know. 12 Days of Christmas is next quarter, and we have some amazing features there. So it'll be 12 features released in 12 days from the 1st of December. So look out for that. But thank you very much for your time today and have a great rest of your week. Thanks, everyone.
