Track negative behaviors like shouting and biting with color-coded click counters throughout the day, then transfer the counts to a data sheet at day's end. Keep the counters on a clipboard or in your pocket for real-time tallying that actually works.

If you are using click counters to track frequency negative for negative behaviors, this is the data sheet for you. So this is a multiple behavior frequency data sheet. You— I recommend if you're looking at multiple frequency behaviors getting clickers in different colors. I also really like using finger counters. You can get these on Amazon to track these behaviors as well. So you could keep these right here on your clipboard, you could keep them with you all day, and then at the end of the day add in the different behaviors. So if you're looking you know, at the date, and then you're going to add in, okay, throughout the day I'm going to take data on each of these. Let's say shouting out is orange and biting is red. At the end of the day, or at certain intervals, I would come over here and update from my counters exactly where we're at. So a nice way to kind of make this easy and realistic throughout the day and then added it on the data sheet at the end of the day.
