Hi, this is Sasha from theautismhelper.com, and this is a product preview of my anchor chart matching file folder activities. So I'm really excited about these because I love working on complex matching using anchor charts, and this embeds the anchor chart into the file folder. So let me show you the setup, and then I'll go through all the different sets. There's 15 included. So this one is matching colors. So let's say your student doesn't know the color words yet, but they know how to match. So this is the page you'll put on the inside left side of the file folder. It has the anchor chart, and then here's where you'll store the pieces. So I I love that there's no baggies included. You'll laminate these and put these right here, and then the matching's right here. So even though your student maybe doesn't know yet that R-E-D is red, they can reference the anchor chart, match R-E-D to red, and then match it over here. So they'll be able to do it all on their own. This process teaches independent problem-solving, it teaches following multi-skill steps, and it lets you work on more complex concepts independently and on their own using this anchor chart system. So I just love how these turned out. I love scaffolding to these higher skills. There's a bunch included. There's a few different animal versions. After the animals, there are numerals 1 through 10, numerals 11 through 20. There is a few different food ones: fruit, vegetables, just general food, and desserts. Then there is clothing items, school supplies, body parts, and months. So matching the number to the word. And then shapes. So a bunch of different versions included, all with the same process of finding the word, matching it here, and then matching right there. So love doing this for independent work or guided practice, teaching a ton of great and important skills.
