Almost— hi Facebook! There we go. So I'm doing Instagram and Facebook Live at the same time, so if it looks like I'm not looking at you, it's because I'm not. So hope everyone is having a good Friday, ending their day, starting their weekend. I just wanted to jump on here really quick and answer a few questions you guys might have and the ones that I've been getting today about the Autism Helper Professional Development Membership. So you might have seen yesterday our membership is open for enrollment. This is the last time we are opening enrollment for this school year, and enrollment is open until January 29th. We welcomed our first group in September, and they are such an amazing group of teachers. And I can't— if you're thinking about joining, I can't wait for you to join them because they're the best. So I wanted to give a quick review of what the membership is and then answer some of the questions I've been getting. If you have questions, feel free to drop them on right here if you're watching after the live is over. Still add them, we'll make sure that they get answered. So the professional development membership is basically a way for me to provide ongoing training, resources, and consultation throughout the whole school year. Every month you get 4 to 8 new videos, and if you watched my Behavior Change Masterclass, they're set up in the same way. They're short, they're around 10 minutes, they come with resources and templates and all kinds of things like that, and they're on a specific strategy. And I picked the order of the videos in a specific way for a reason. Because often in this field we feel like we don't have like a path or a plan. So kind of watching these videos and taking it step by step will give you that path. Like these are the things I have to accomplish that month and this is it. So the 4 categories that you're going to get videos in are staff training, academics, behavior and communication, and class structure. So every month there's new videos on those 4 topics. In addition to the video trainings, you're going to get to pick 3 resources to download each month. It's from a selection of resources to make sure you're getting what you need for your classroom. You're not getting things you already have or things that you already have a setup for. You can download free resources. And then the third part of the membership is the community piece. So you get access to a private Facebook group just for members. I'm in this Facebook group every day interacting, answering questions. People share photos of their classroom. It's really awesome. And I do a monthly Facebook Live where we just do an open Q&A and answer all the things. It's really, really fun. Someone on Instagram just asked if this would be adaptable to home therapy. So great question. So it's really specifically set up for a special education teacher, but right now we have parents, we have BCBAs, we have RBTs, we have clinicians, because a lot of the things we talk about, like staff training, that's huge in in-home therapy, right? Class structure— we're going to use schedules and mini schedules and visuals and all those great tools in the home setting or in a clinic setting. So all of these strategies can be applied to all these settings. The behaviors tab, I mean, oh my gosh, that like goes everywhere, right? So I would say if you are in an in-home setting, if you're an RBT or a BCBA, this would still be applicable for you. So because it's a membership, you can join monthly or yearly. If you join yearly, you get 1 month for free. And if you join month by month, it's really no risk. If you join and it doesn't work for you, you can cancel. So if you're trying to figure out if this would be a good fit or not, you know, kind of always keep that in the back of your head. So feel free to drop more questions. I want to talk about a few important things though. So if you sign up today, tomorrow, or Sunday, so this weekend, these first few days, you will get access to my fast action— fast action bonus training. I'm sorry, it's by tomorrow. So you got this video training for Group Work Quick Start Guide, and then you get this amazing PDF. And the only place you can get this is is for new members. So to kind of give you a little overview, you got this kind of check— Quick Start Guide checklist, and this 60-page PDF is just filled with awesome tools. I can't even show them all because this would take too long, but all kinds of tools for setting expectations for all different levels, whether you need visuals or whether you have higher functioning students and maybe you want to do a small group behavior contract, visuals for those expectations, cue cards, wait cards, first signs, like all kinds of variation, mini schedules, so many different tools. Um, so a few questions that I wanted to answer that I've been getting a lot today, and again, feel free to drop in some more questions. I'm going to answer 3 quick questions that I've been getting a bunch. So first one is about CEUs. We do offer CEUs. Every 4 months you can request CEUs and you get 4 CEUs for your 4 months. You have to confirm that you've watched all of the videos. Every school and every district and state is different on how they accept CEUs. As a BCBA, I'm an ACE provider, so I can provide Type 2 CEUs for BCBAs, but many school districts accept those as well. So it's just up to you to make sure your school district accepts my CEUs. Second, School license. Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. We accept school POs and school credit cards. I highly recommend you right now send an email to your administrator because you only have till next Wednesday and see if you can get them to purchase the license for you. We had a bunch of school districts that purchased them last, last enrollment, and school districts can purchase seats for multiple of their teachers. So maybe you and your team, there's 4 special ed teachers or special ed teachers in different districts, and then you can go through this together. So definitely look at that. There's a link on our website. If you scroll down, it'll say school licenses. Just click on that and it will give you all of the information on how that works. And last question I've been getting a lot today, and as someone had asked on Instagram, who is this for? So like I said, I designed this specifically for a special ed— special education teacher, really that like self-contained special education teacher. But as you and I know, These strategies and these concepts work in so many settings. So that being said, we have tons of members that are not in a self-contained, like, you know, special education classroom. We have resource teachers and inclusion teachers. We have clinicians. We have BCBAs. We have parents. We have teachers from preschool through high school. The content's really focused on kind of the framework of what your classroom should be, and then you go and apply it based on on the age and needs of your class. So I'm gonna, you know, do let's say a video on replacement behaviors. Well, how replacement behaviors will maybe look for your preschoolers will be different than your high schoolers, but the same concepts apply and those same, those same frameworks are necessary. So you really need that in place. So however you conceptualize it is based on the specific group that you're working with. So if you have any more specific questions on if you think this is a good fit for you, feel free to shoot me a DM on Instagram or on Facebook. Also, if you head over to the website that's linked in the captions here, we have a chat feature on our website where we can chat right away. If you have a quick question like, wait, I don't understand how this works, drop it in the chat. We'll be able to reply right away. And if you're on the fence, if you're not sure, or if you are a person who likes to read reviews— and I am majorly a person who likes to read reviews, like on Amazon, I'm scrolling through those reviews, right? Head over to this week's podcast episode because I'm interviewing 5 of our members and we talk about how they utilize the membership, what grades they teach, what type of classroom they have. You'll see they're in all different settings, all different age levels, and they utilize the membership really in different ways, which I just love. So head over to that episode and really hear from the people that are in it. How they utilize it, how they like it, and I think that will really help you make your decision. So I will be back on live every day this upcoming week until enrollment closes to make sure to catch all your questions. And if you're thinking about joining, make sure to join today or tomorrow so you get our Group Work Quick Start Guide. It's really, it's really cool. It's one of my favorite PDFs I've made in a while. Okay, have a great weekend everyone!
