👋🏼 Enrollment for The Autism Helper Membership closes tomorrow! Answering any questions!

In this live video, the host announces that enrollment for the Autism Helper professional development membership closes at midnight tomorrow and answers last‑minute questions from educators, paraprofessionals, clinicians, and parents. She explains how to get immediate answers via the website chat, outlines the core components of the membership—monthly short, actionable training videos organized into staff training, classroom structure, academics, and behavior/communication, plus downloadable templates and a rotating credit system for Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT) resources. She clarifies that members receive three TPT credits each month (which roll over) and have access to a library of nearly 500 resources, including the Behavior Change Masterclass. The host discusses school licensing options (one license per teacher, purchase orders, credit cards) and the provision of BACB‑approved Type 2 CEUs every four months (one CEU per month of video completion). She emphasizes the community aspect: an exclusive Facebook group with monthly live sessions where members can share questions, staff‑training strategies, and data. The video addresses concerns about workload and burnout, highlighting the short‑format videos, audio‑only options, captions, and transcripts designed to fit busy schedules. Listeners are encouraged to listen to podcast episode 58, which features testimonials from diverse current members, to see how the membership supports teachers at various experience levels. The host urges anyone still undecided to act quickly before the deadline, offering multiple contact methods for personalized help.

Hi Instagram and hi Facebook! Happy Tuesday! Hope everyone's having a really good week. I wanted to come on here and remind you guys that enrollment is closing tomorrow for the Autism Helper professional development membership, so I wanted to answer any last-minute questions that you have, um, make sure that you have all the information because we will not be reopening enrollment this school year. Enrollment will not open until next school year. So feel free to drop your questions in the Instagram or the Facebook. If you're watching this after the live, you can drop it in here, or if you want an answer right away, if you go to our website, The Autism Helper membership, which is linked on both Instagram and Facebook, there is a little chat feature. So during the day, not in the middle of the night, we are available to answer your questions right away if you don't want to like ask in front of everyone or whatever, you have something specific to you. Or you just have something you're like, "Oh wait, I forgot to ask for this. Let me ask real quick." Drop it in the chat feature. We've had a lot of good questions in there today and making sure everyone figures out if it's a good fit for them and how they want to get started. I want to say thank you to everyone that has joined. I'm so overwhelmed with the response. We've welcomed so many new teachers to the membership and it's just so exciting. I just actually finished. That's why I have a little bit of a raspy voice. I just finished our monthly Facebook Live in the membership group, so I'm doing two Facebook Lives tonight. Um, so I just finished our monthly Facebook Live in the membership group. So in our exclusive Facebook group, every month I do a live. It's a great time for everyone to not only ask me questions but ask each other questions. We don't always get the opportunity to be in like a virtual room of our colleagues, other special education teachers, other special ed parents, other paraprofessionals, clinicians, BCBAs, RBTs. So we had a great live tonight, talked about all kinds of fun behavior stuff and staff things and data. We really hit on a lot. So we go through a lot of different topics within those Facebook Lives. Angela on Facebook just asked an awesome question: I already have most of your materials on Teachers Pay Teachers. How much more do you offer? First off, Angela, thank you so much. I'm so glad to hear my, my resources have been helpful for you. I really appreciate that. So in the membership, really what I consider like the main component are the training videos. So every month you got 4 to 6, usually about somewhere between 5. Like this month, there's, this month there's 5. Last month there was 7. New training videos. And the videos are set up very similar to the Behavior Change Masterclass. And they're short, they're actionable, there is something you can do right away. Within a lot of those videos are templates and downloads of things that are not TBT products. They're just what I created to go with that video. So to me, that's really the main kind of part of the membership. What is like the extra stuff are the resources. So every month you can download 3 TPT resources. I give a selection of 12 every month and your credits roll over. So yes, you might have a lot of my stuff already, but I have almost 500 resources. I'm always adding new things and those are within those options as well. So every month you get to use 3 credits and if you go and look and you're like, I don't need any of these things, or I have a lot of these things, you don't have to use your credits that month. Your credits roll over so next month you can get more things. and we'll kind of go like that. So the resources are definitely a big component of the membership, but I really created this as a way to give that training as well. And the training videos are only accessible in the membership. I've had a lot of requests for the Behavior Change Masterclass, and someone had a great idea to add that to the membership. That is already in there. If you missed some of those videos or you wanted to reuse those, those are currently in the membership right now. So you could go watch them tonight if you wanted. Um, and I know a lot of you use those for staff training. Training, which I loved. So in the membership, that's one of the main topics we talk about. There's 4 topics we talk about every single month, and one of them is staff training. So every month you get training videos in under the categories of staff training, classroom structure, academics, and behavior and communication. So every month there's new resources on that, and I created the videos really to be used as a training tool. So I have so many teachers that use the videos with their paraprofessionals, with gen ed teachers. If you listen to this week's podcast episode, one of the teachers that I chatted with on there uses the videos with the PLC she's on and with a social worker and really is getting everyone on the same page with all of these important concepts by using the training videos because they're short, you know, between 5, 10, 15 minutes. You can sit down with your team and be like, hey, let's all get on the same page with how we're using this token economy. Let's watch this video and then let's make a plan. Um, to me, staff training was something as a young teacher I really struggled with, and having kind of someone have your back, like virtually having that video there, can make that whole staff training process a lot easier and a lot more comfortable, especially if you're new to it. Um, that's something we just talked a lot about in our Facebook Live and our membership group tonight, actually, is getting that started, getting that rolling, getting the buy-in all of those things that can be, um, really challenging. So one of the things I was getting a lot of questions about today was, um, school licenses. Oh, someone just said they joined the membership from Kuwait. Thank you. Um, yeah, it's so exciting to see, um, members join Frily from all over the world. So exciting. Um, yep, anyone is welcome. Um, so I had a lot of questions today, especially because enrollment is closing tomorrow, so it's kind of down to the wire here on making a decision. I had a lot of questions today about school licenses. So we do have a page, if you scroll down the membership page, that says school licenses. We do accept school licenses. You can get one license per teacher. We accept school purchase orders or school credit cards. So if you have a specific question on that, shoot me a DM or message right away. If you want to run in and talk to your administrator tomorrow and like try to get it in real quick, The enrollment deadline does close tomorrow, but we can work it out on the school licensing. So, you know, I know schools move a little bit more slowly, and if your principal gave a verbal okay, we can, you know, kind of talk about that. So shoot me a message or an email there. I also had a lot of questions today about CEUs. So we do give CEUs every 4 months of membership. You can request CEUs and you get 1 CEU for every month. So Every 4 months you can request, and if you click that, if you've watched all the videos, we have to go and check, then you get 4 CEUs. Every state and school district's a little different on what they accept for CEUs, so you have to make sure that my CEUs will be accepted by your school. I am an ACE provider from the BACB, so if you're a BCBA, I give Type 2 CEUs, and a lot of school districts accept those as well. Yeah, so enrollment is open now and closing tomorrow at midnight, so So I just don't want you to miss out. I was kind of like heartbroken last time we opened enrollment the first time in September, and I had a lot of people message me after like, "Well, wait, can you just add me in this?" And I would love to, but like, I can't, you know, then you— I'm faking that enrollment is closing. And also there's like tech things that I don't know how to do. So we want everyone to kind of come in at a time at like all together so we can go over kind of everything that's in the membership and kind of start this process together. Um, there's so many cool things. It's been really fun chatting even tonight with some of the new members on what videos they're going to start watching and what they're going to get access to. So right when you join, if you join tonight, you get an email right away that has your login. So you can log in tonight, you can start watching videos tonight, you can use them in staff training tomorrow, you can download recess— or resources tonight and use them tomorrow morning. So you can really get the ball rolling right away. And I spent a lot of time, like I talked about last night on the live, making sure this could fit into your busy life because as, you know, a young teacher or a veteran teacher, there is so much on your plate and the expectations are so high. So the idea of adding one more thing to that to-do list, especially something like, ah, membership, I'm gonna have to do things every month and I already am drowning. How could I possibly add more? If you feel that way, know that I really thought about that when creating this because yes, you are drowning and yes, you feel burnt out, but the thing that's gonna help you kind of come up from that and overcome that is support and is training and is having that community. So I've set everything up in a way that is going to be really user-friendly. The videos are short. You can listen to just the audio version on your way to work. You can listen with the captions so you can put it on mute. You can download the transcripts. I really wanted it to be something that can seamlessly integrate into your life. And if you are one of the people that you feel like, I'm very burnt out right now, what will help you overcome that burnout, like I said, is having that community and is having someone to go through it with you. And that was a struggle that I went through a lot as a teacher, was not having someone to go through it with me. And that's what I really wanted this membership to accomplish, is that We could go through it together. If you have a challenging situation, we can talk about it. If you're struggling with staff training, let's figure it out together. Let's get a plan. Let's have— know that other people are having the same wins you are and struggling with the same things you are. That alone can be such a game changer on your mindset and on your mental health because as we know in this field, you know, it can really wreak havoc on your mental health sometimes. So that was my goal with the membership, was that you would have someone to go through this school year with and to have someone to kind of have your back and have, you know, the experience and the knowledge and go through it together. So if that's something that you're looking for, I would love to have you in the membership. Um, so enrollment will close tomorrow at midnight. If you have any questions, please shoot me a message. Like I said, there's a little chat feature on the, um, on our, on our website, theautismhelpermembership.com. If you are still on the fence and you're still not sure if it's for you, I would encourage you to go listen to this week's podcast. Do it on your way to work tomorrow. Search the Autism Helper podcast on any podcast platform and go to the latest episode. It's episode 58. I am talking to 5 of our current members They teach in all different settings, all different grade levels, their different experience levels. They utilize the membership in different ways, and they are all finding it so valuable. It made me so happy because I've worked so hard to create something that could be valuable for a lot of different people, and to hear the different ways they're utilizing it, to hear the different kind of takeaways they're having, was just exactly really what I hoped for with this. I wanted to give that option of differentiation I wanted to be something that would be helpful for a newer teacher and, and, you know, that veteran teacher as well. So listen to that on your way to work tomorrow, and if you have any questions, let me know. Have a great night!
