I just finished recording a new podcast episode on how to create more team buy-in without more meetings. We know the biggest struggle with staff training is no time, right? We don't have common planning time with our team. So how do we increase buy-in without just having time with our staff? In this episode, I'm talking about systems. Systems are still up there. Creating rapport, giving ownership, and clarifying expectations. These are a lot of the same things we do with our students, but these help our team run a fit, a fast, effectively too. What do you think? Can you build more buy-in without meetings?
