Hi, this is Sasha from The Autism Helper, and this is a quick video preview of my language arts level daily curriculum, Level 1.5. So if you're familiar with any of my other level daily curriculum, this runs in the exact same order. Level 1.5 is meant to fill in the jump between 1 and 2. This is not included in the bundle, this is a separate resource. So Level 1.5 is going to extend on Level 1 by having some of the same concepts at a much more complex level. So they're going to have some of the same vocabulary, but but extend it to really working on the sight words and then some of the inferential skills utilized with that vocabulary. So I'm just gonna scroll through and show some of what it's, what the pages look like. There's very minimal writing. It's mostly matching and circling, a lot of listening comprehension. One of the big focuses of this unit is WH questions, who, what, where. And the other big focus is identifying attributes and details. As we see that really go through a lot of, Common Core standards and other state standards, that's a really important skill to work on. So there's a lot of identifying details and attributes in a way that's really user-friendly, that has visual options, different response options with minimal writing required. So students that have— aren't writing yet can still participate in this level text. So here's what some of the activities look like, and on the curriculum map are listed all of the different skills included.
