If you are looking for fun and engaging ways to get your students excited about math, I've got you covered. I'm gonna share all about our math meetings. These were custom created just for our math curriculum. That's right, they directly align to our leveled daily math. And what I'm going to tell you is Curriculum Access users, we have something special for you in them as well. Let me show you. Let's first talk about the different components that you get with Math Meeting. So you get the digital version, which is what everyone thinks of, but there's two other pieces that come with it. One is a mini schedule, and two is a student workbook page. Um, if you have students that you want to follow along with you, you have individualized pages that you can print. These are all done mostly in black and white too, so it's really easy for copying if you wanted to do one page a day, you could for, you know, that practice, or if you just wanted to laminate and then have them trace, that's fine. You don't have to use these though. This is optional, completely up to you, really depends on your learners. So when you're setting up your groups, think about all those components that you could use to really customize this to what your learners need. We thought long and hard about how we could make this really work for a variety of learners, and that meant offering a lot of supports. Everything from just the digital piece to where it's modeling to really guided practice up on the board or allowing your learners to see it and then practice it, or, you know, even the built-in supports like the mini schedule. So just know that these are available. Alright, let's dig into the digital piece. As I open up Math Meeting, I'm just gonna choose the unit that I'm on. Now, if you purchase Math Meeting and you purchase this from Teacher Pay Teacher or our store and you are not a Curriculum Access user, you do not have assessments. This assessment piece is just for our Curriculum Access users. I'll show you what it looks like, but it's amazing for probe data, or for progress monitoring. So hang on to that, we'll come back to that. I'm just going to choose Unit 4 so you can kind of see what this looks like. This directly correlates to our math curriculum. So when you look at the curriculum map and you look at our scope and sequence, this is going to be what's included, right? So you've got your unit focus, so you really know where to lean in. The practice— what are we doing that spiral practice in. What are we maintaining? And then what are we assessing? What is the core skill that we're really looking at? So then I just hit the next button, and then I start walking through my math meeting. Now this mini schedule, again, students have one that looks identical to this, but you can very easily maneuver instead of using the up and down buttons, just click here. It pops right open. So you don't have to go in order. If you want to go in order, you definitely can. So then if you click on this little pencil right here, it opens this up. Then you can trace, you can model. And again, I want you to see that matches perfectly, absolutely perfectly. Though this is 6 and 7, so Here's 6 and 7, and so the units match. And so if you want to be able to pull that, you absolutely can. Then as you kind of go through, you know, these are interactive as well. I'm going to close that up. I can pull that shape name. This is a fun game. I can practice. Does anyone know what this one is? Oh, can you go find a circle? Yes, you're right, fantastic! You can go through all of those. That's a great review, even shape matching. If you touch both of these, let's try to get a match. Is that a match? No, let's try again. Can you see how this would be so fun to have your students come up and each take a turn to see who could get a match? This really becomes engaging practice. It's really allowing you to lean in to that gradual release of responsibility. You are modeling, you're scaffolding with your students, and then they're going to get to practice that skill individually as well as you move through the other components of the curriculum. So we think this is such a fun way to be able to practice this. All right, let's talk about the assessment piece. Anything that says quiz on it is going to be part of that assessment piece. So again, if you purchase this in Teacher Pay Teacher or if you purchased it in our store, this is a piece that you do not have. We reserve this just for Curriculum Access users. You know how special they are to us, and we really wanted to have a way for those teachers to be able to probe or do progress monitoring with their students. So all of those core concepts that we're assessing are right here. So let's say that I'm working on quantity match 1 to 5. This will very, very simply open a brand new tab I click "Let's Play" and then I can match the quantity. This is almost like Boom Cards. This will then give me a quick check on whether or not the student knows the scale. I'm going to get one wrong here just so we can show you what happens, but as we move through this, I can either just click up here and it will give me a score or when I finish all of them, I'm going to stay in the full screen, when I finish all of them, it will give me a score. And so then it auto prompts and lets them know when it's right or wrong. You can have students sitting next to you doing this while you are working with another student, maybe doing some another, you know, version of this, but this becomes really functional within the classroom to get a really quick feel of where your students are, and then you have a score instantly. Such a great feature of our Math Meeting.
