Let's talk visual schedules. Visual schedules are so important to teach your kids about what they are doing each day. Every single child needs a visual schedule. Now, not every kid necessarily needs pictures, but if you have students that need pictures, I love this setup where students grab the picture, they check in, they know that they have to go to morning meeting. When they come to their schedule next, they know they have work tasks. They go over to work task, they check in at work task. The decreasing, like, line of schedule pictures shows as their day is being completed, it gets shorter and shorter. They know exactly what is coming next.
