Sasha from theautismhelper.com previews an adapted spring book that pairs each word with a visual cue. The repetitive pattern "Bunny, bunny, what do you see?" supports word recognition and speech, while counting animals from one to ten builds both spring vocabulary and early math skills.
Chapters
Hi, this is Sasha from theautismhelper.com, and this is a product preview of my adapted book Bunny Bunny What Do You See? So this is a great adapted book for spring and is great to work on basic skills. So included are the directions for setup. You'll be storing the pictures on a separate page. This gives exactly how to set it up. I'll go through the structure of the book. So I love how each picture has its own— each word has its own visual. This really helps kids focus on each word and say each word along with you. So the students will follow this similar pattern, which really helps for our lower, lower verbal verbal students in kind of following this along. So each page follows this pattern of "Bunny, bunny, what do you see?" and then "I see one fox looking at me." Here are what the pictures look like at the end, so the match one fox. These pictures are all stored on this page right next to the side. So here's one fox, two owls, three raccoons, four bees, five ladybugs, six birds, seven caterpillars, eight squirrels, 9 butterflies, and 10 turtles. So again, here's the storage page and the extra pieces. This book is just adorable, and it's so fun to work on counting and spring vocabulary all at one time. So again, this is a product preview of Bunny Bunny, What Do You See? by theautismhelper.com.
