Sasha shows Classroom Jobs Packet 2, which adds 14 visual job cards like bathroom monitor, librarian, and line leader. She walks through setup: laminate back-to-back, mount on construction paper, add step-by-step instructions on the back, and optionally use Velcro for bulletin boards. Fade the supports over the year as students learn.

Hi, this is Sasha from TheAutismHelper.com, and this is a product preview of Class Jobs Packet 2. So if you already looked at Packet 1, this is kind of an extra set of different class jobs set up in the same way. So kind of a more expansive set of different common classroom chores and activities that you can have your students do on a daily or weekly basis. So I included the same 3 titles as in the other packet in here in case you didn't get the other one. And the jobs included in this one, there are 14 different ones. The first, first one is bathroom monitor, calendar clerk, calendar helper. I know sometimes people use different verbiage, so kind of trying to be inclusive of both. Wiping down chairs, computer tech, dry dishes, flag helper, folder helper, so passing out the folders to the classroom, game helper, librarian, line leader, material manager, paper collector, and paper helper. So I like to laminate these back to back. Usually I mount both pieces on construction paper and glue the construction paper together in the middle so the label is on the front and the instructions are on the back. You could do this however you want though. You could laminate each piece and Velcro it, use these posted on a bulletin board, whatever works for you. I think it's really helpful for our students to have the step-by-step instructions on how to complete this task. And you could fade this out throughout the year, but especially in the start of the year, um, this is a great way to teach, um, children how to do these different chores. Um, so this was a product preview of Classroom Jobs Packet 2. For more tips, resources, and materials, please come to theautismhelper.com.
