In this product preview Sasha from theautismhelper.com walks viewers through a downloadable zip containing 20 special‑education data sheets, each provided as a PDF and an editable PowerPoint. The PowerPoints can be customized with student names, goals, and other details. Sasha explains that the new set improves on the previous one by adding a screenshot guide that matches each sheet to a detailed description, eliminating confusing numbering and helping users quickly identify the appropriate sheet. The 20 sheets cover a wide range of tracking needs: sentence‑writing and paragraph‑writing rubrics, reading fluency (group and individual), spelling test data with pre/post dates, WH‑question and social‑skills data, general assessment pre/post scores, multiple‑fluency timing, a monthly IEP‑goals overview, homework and work‑assignment rubrics, weekly behavior tracking, inclusion data for paraprofessional support, lunch and toileting data (including daily potty‑training), an IEP‑goal minutes form, and maintenance data for skill retention. Sasha emphasizes the practicality of each sheet, how they can be placed in the classroom or used by aides, and the value of the detailed descriptions for maximizing effectiveness. The preview concludes with a recommendation to edit the sheets to fit individual students and a reminder that the package includes extensive guidance for each tool.

Hi, this is Sasha from theautismhelper.com, and this is a product preview of my Datasheets for Special Education Set 2. So when you open this, it's going to be a zip file, and there's going to be one set of PDFs and one set of PowerPoints. The PowerPoints are completely editable, so you can change and add anything you want, include student names, add in your goals, make these datasheets even more efficient. So that's how it's going to be when you open it. I'm going to go through the PDFs with you and show them exactly what's in here. So some of the feedback I got from my last data sheet set was it wasn't as clear which data sheets with which go with which description. So I wanted to make it as easy as possible this time and took a screenshot of each data sheet and what page it's on and with a description of how to use it, how to use it in detail. I didn't want to number these data sheets for you because you're not obviously going to be using them in that order, so having a number on there wouldn't really be helpful. So I think this little image will really help you guide you through these data sheets and and show you exactly what to use each one for. Um, some of them are really specific, so I wanted to include a lot of ideas of how to use this, where this could be placed in the classroom, and what this is good for. So I spent a lot of time making sure to have these data sheets descriptions very, very detailed. So this will really guide you through using these sheets to their utmost effectiveness. Um, so I'm gonna quickly go through the data sheets. I'm not gonna go through too much detail because the detail's really in these descriptions. First up is a sentence writing rubric. I've had a lot of success with this one, tallying the different skills in a sentence and totaling. These can be used for 2 different students on 1 page. Next is a paragraph writing rubric. Next is reading fluency data. This one is organized by groups of students. This reading, reading— this reading fluency data sheet is organized by 1 student, so this would be a great one for the reading file for their IEP file. To go through and conduct this on a regular basis. Spelling test data, this one is spelling test data with pre and post test dates included. WH question data sheet, this is a great one for generalization around the school and around your classroom. Social skills data sheet, I write a lot of social skills goals about conversations and commenting and asking and answering questions, but I struggle to take data on it, so this sheet has really helps me out. This one is just kind of a general assessment topic with pre and post-test scores. This one is for multiple fluency timings, so if you're doing something that a student is doing multiple timings to kind of show that best score. So if you're having a fine motor timing or a language timing and you're going to give them 3 opportunities, this is a great sheet for that. This is a monthly data sheet. This is a great one that you'll be able to edit. There's a space for each one of the goals: language arts, math, science, social studies, independent functioning, and social-emotional goals. You can write their goal and their mastery criteria and have all of their IEP goals on one page. This sheet is amazing. You feel so productive and that you know where every single data sheet is because it's all on one page. It's really, really efficient. So I really highly recommend checking this out and editing it to make it very specific to your student. Um, next is Homework Data. This is a great one for an aide to take. It's very easy to use. Work Assignment Rubric. So sca— there's a scale that you can determine the rating of how complete the work is, a weekly behavior data sheet. So at the top you could write in all of the behaviors, maybe hitting, swearing, kicking, and just have tallies for each day. This is a really easy one to use that I rely on frequently. Next is an inclusion data sheet. So this is something that a, a paraprofessional can take with them to inclusion to show the amount of support that the students need. I really, really push inclusion data because I think we often need to justify our staff use So we really want to prove that our staff are needed in the inclusion setting. Next is lunch data, so kind of breaking down each of the skills used at lunch and showing what type of prompt level is used. Toileting data, so similar to the hygiene sheet from the last data set. And then a daily toileting data, so this is for kids that are in the process of being potty trained and kind of working on that requesting to go to the bathroom and when, how often they're prompted to go. Next is an IEP Goal Minutes Form. So this is to track where all IEP goals are being targeted throughout the day. And again, this is editable, so you can put in all of your stations along here. This is a great one to show, again, that all of your goals are being met and why you have so many minutes in certain goals. And Maintenance Data. So once a skill is mastered, we want to make sure that we're checking back in and making sure that student is staying on point with that goal. Um, so those are the 20 sheets. So you're getting 20 different sheets in this packet, all with very lengthy and detailed descriptions. I've had a lot of great feedback on my other data sheet set, so I'm hoping this one will be just as helpful to you. Again, this was a product preview of 20 Editable Special Education Data Sheets Set 2 by theautismhelper.com.
