Sasha presents four seasonal file folder activities for teaching sequencing skills. Students order three-piece sequences using first, next, and last across back-to-school, fall, Halloween, and Thanksgiving themes. The same skill repeats with different content so students practice and generalize across contexts.

Hi, this is Sasha from theautismhelper.com, and this is a product preview of my fall sequencing file folder activities. So my sequencing file folder activities are one of my favorites in my classroom, and I've gotten a ton of great feedback on them. They're tricky, and your kids really have to think about it, so I love sequencing and working on that a lot of different ways. So I decided to create some seasonal sequencing file folders so we can work on fun holiday themes while also hitting this tricky sequencing skill. Sequencing skill. So there's 4 different file folders included. Each one has 3 or 6 different sets of sequence, each with 3 different pieces. So this first one is back-to-school themed, so students will put 3 different back-to-school activities in order using the, the terms first, next, and last. Next, there's a fall one that has 6— 4 different sets of sequences, each with 3. So first, next, and last, so some different fall activities. Then there's Halloween, which I love. Halloween ones are my favorite. They turned out so cute. Um, so again, first, next, and last on that, and then Thanksgiving. So it'll be great to be able to have different file folder activities for each holiday that still focus on the same skill. So I love switching out the content but still working on the same skill with my students because they're able to generalize skills and learn more quickly. So again, this was a product preview of my Fall Sequencing File Folder Activities by theautismhelper.com.
