Hi, this is Sasha from theautismhelper.com, and this is a product preview of Cupcake File Folder Activities for Early Learners. So this set includes 30 different activities to work on sorting by size, patterns, and counting, and these can be used as either worksheets or file folder activities. So in this set, I include detailed instructions on how I set these up as file folders to be reusable. So you would laminate them on either mount them on file folders or print them on cardstock, laminate, put Velcro, and then these pieces can be reused to finish the pattern or sort by size, etc. And these two types of pages could be used with dry erase markers. So when I set these up in my class, since I just made these, I haven't used them yet, I'm planning on using a lot of these for homework sheets as well as for file folders. I kind of want to do a combo of both, and I like the idea of kids taking things for homework that they're already working on in school, especially for some of my kids who are a little bit lower functioning, that it's going to be activities that are very familiar for them. So I really like the idea idea of using them for both. So the first set, there's 5 different worksheets or activities that look like this: Sorting Cupcakes by Size. So when I made these into file folders, I just cut this right here and mounted this piece onto a cardstock piece, and that way these are a little small activity, doesn't take up a lot of space, and then laminate these pieces, cut them out, and Velcro. So they will start with the smallest cupcake and go to the largest. For some of my kids, I put the small one on one end and a large one on the other end and have them fill in the middle as a kind of a visual cue. So there are 5 different ones like this. And then these ones are a little bit different. These are sorting all the small cupcakes on one side and the large on the other. So here are the pieces. So you could back post this into a middle of a file folder and laminate these pieces and put some hard Velcro spots on here and sort the pieces accordingly. So there are 5 different types like this. Next are the pattern worksheets. So I did 5 easy patterns where it's kind of an ABAB pattern and then 5 sheets with ABC, ABC patterns. So this one is just to fill in the following 3. The same thing as with the last set, I posted these on a piece of cardstock or file folder and made a small little activity with this and paste these. So, and also, by the way, if you're using these as worksheets, these would be cut and paste activities, these ones as well as these ones. So you could have the kids cut out and glue them, and I've been doing a lot of cut and paste activity with my guys because it works on fine motor as well, and it's been going really, really excellent. So these you could do for cut and paste activities also. So here are the patterns, and then here are the hard pattern worksheets. So these are also a little bit longer and more complicated, and some of these are a little tricky because the cupcakes do look similar. So these are great for your kids with a little bit more advanced skills. So there's 5 of these. And next, the counting sheets. These are worksheets, obviously you can use them with paper and pencil, but if you like— wanna laminate them, you could use dry erase marker I like to cut these boxes out and put them on a binder ring right here, kind of put a hole punch in each corner and keep them all in a binder ring. That's just kind of the way I've always organized these kind of counting flashcards, but it's really compact and easy. You could throw it in a workstation bin with a dry erase marker, no problem. So there's 5 different ones like this of simple counting and then matching the number to the number. So same with this, I use— like to use these with dry erase marker because you can reuse them and save a little paper. but these are also great for homework. So yeah, there's 5 of those. So these are the Cupcake Early Learning Activities: Counting, Patterns, and Size by theautismhelper.com.
