Hi, this is Sasha from TheAutismHelper.com, and this is a product preview of my I Read, I Write Dolch 2nd Grade Sight Word Packet. So this is a set of worksheets and flashcards that are all iPad-themed to work on the Dolch 2nd grade words. I don't know about your students, but mine are obsessed with the iPad and anything with the iPad they're interested in. So no joke, they asked me to do these worksheets and flashcards, so I am all on board with this. Anything iPad-themed, Let's do it. So these are a bunch of different worksheets to work on reading and writing concepts with the DILCH first— the DILCH second grade words, sorry. So this worksheet's real simple, just working on reading the words and then a little spot to take data as well. So this is great to be done with a parent or a teacher's aide, and they can practice reading the words and writing the number correct and the number incorrect. This is to work on writing, so writing the words in the boxes, and again, correct and incorrect if they're spelling the words wrong. To work on rhyming, sorting by initial letter, and matching. So cutting out this piece and cutting out these pieces and pasting them on the boxes. So to incorporate a little bit of fine motor. Then there's the same set of worksheets but with the different, the rest of the second grade words. So all of the words are included in this packet. There's 3 different sets with the same templates but different words. And then there are I Write 5 Times Each Words. I know writing words several times is not the most thrilling, but the repetition really helps my kids remember remember the order of the letters and matching the words with the spoken words with the visual words. So I do really like these worksheets. These are great for homework or independent work time. Um, and again, taking data, number incorrect, incorrect. So there's enough I Write sheets with all of the different Dolch words, and then at the end there are the flashcards. So one for each of the Dolch second grade words. And I printed these on cardstock, cut them out real quick, and sent them home for homework. And my kids love them, and they were super easy to make, didn't take too long. Again, so this was my product preview of I Read, I Write: Dolch 2nd Grade Words by theautismhelper.com.
