Hi, this is Sasha from theautismhelper.com, and this is a product preview of my math level daily curriculum level 4. So I wanted to do a really brief run-through of the level 4 daily curriculum. I'm not going to get as in-depth as my other video previews for the other levels, but it does follow the same structure. So if you're new to the TH levels curriculum, definitely check those out. But I want to give you some glimpses into the content here. I had so So many requests for Level 4, I was super excited to make it, um, to see that so many kids had done so well with Levels 2 and 3 and were ready for something harder. Um, so here is the curriculum map. This is really great to, um, hand in to your administrators, to use to guide your whole school year. Um, you can go ahead and easily align this to any standards or IEP goals that you need to do. Um, there are 8 units in all. Here is the focus topics for each unit and the details. And each unit builds. So as the skills go on in Unit 5, there's gonna be activities from Units 1 through 4, which is really important for our kids because we don't want to just teach a skill and move on and never talk about it again. We wanna make sure we're always coming full circle and reviewing those concepts. So this unit really, this level really gets into a lot of complex math, which I really love. It starts slow, but it builds quickly. So Level 1 starts with multiplication. We get to double-digit by Unit 3. We're on to double by double by Unit 4. And then Units 5 through 8 are focused on division. In addition to multiplication and division, there's a focus on fractions, word problems, area and perimeter, and division word problems. So there's some different grading data sheets. The pretest and posttest I will show you in a minute. And this is the— really great data sheet to kind of show that growth over time, and the unit data sheets, whole class data sheets, etc. So different lesson plan options and data plan options. So Unit 1 looks at single-digit multiplication 1 through 5 and finding fractions on a number line. Every unit has a pretest and a posttest and this super amazing grading rubric, which is my all-time favorite thing of these curriculum components. I photocopy this back to back, the same one back to back. When you do the pretest, circle pretest, it shows you exactly how to score the pretest and gives you a numerical and a percentage value that you'll put on that grading sheet I just showed you. And then when— after the unit is done, you'll do the posttest. So on the back side, circle posttest, complete the scoring, and then you'll be able to see growth. The best part is that it will analyze the errors for you. So based on these specific amount of incorrects, it will suggest activities. So your data-driven instruction is built right into this curriculum. It's kind of the new buzz phrase in education right now is data-driven instruction, and it sounds more complicated than it is. It just basically means using your data to plan future activities. So if your student has a lot of errors on number 1 here, that means they still need to work on multiplication 1 through 5. So there's suggested activities built right in of what to do. So here are the 20 pages of activities of Unit 1. Each unit has 20 worksheets. The idea is that you could potentially do 1 page a day and have the unit last 1 month, have the 8 units last the whole year. Of course, you can individualize that as your students or schedule require, doing multiple pages a day, making this go more quickly, repeating units as needed. Um, Unit 2 looks at, um, digits 6 through 9 multiplication and equivalent fractions. Pretest, posttest, and the rubric. Here's what some of the activities look like. You might notice the pages are all black and white and the anchor charts are color. That's on purpose so your printers can thank me, so there's not, you know, a huge printing cost related to the colored ink. Unit 3 looks at double by single digit multiplication. I love these anchor charts, these are my favorite, as well as comparing fractions. So here's the activities for this. And then Unit 4 looks at double by double multiplication and multiplication word problems. So incorporating word problems, I really love. It's something that a lot of our kids struggle with, and it really makes all of these math skills that we teach applicable to the real world, honestly. Um, next we have single-digit division and area. So here's all of the activities for that. And then we have double-digit division, or we have division, more division and perimeter. So these are different, these are double by single-digit division here and some different strategies on how to do those division problems. And this is with no remainders to start, and then perimeter activities. And then the next one is long division with no remainders. So we're getting into some more complex numbers here, again with no remainder still. There's the rubric, and we are on area and perimeter word problems. Again, making that more applicable. And then the next section is long division with remainders. So again, kind of getting the most complex here, showing how to do these kind of more advanced division problems. And then we have division board problems. And I like these cues on how to determine what is a division word problem. So it's important to teach our kids how to recognize those. And then there are the 20 activities. And then bonus, there is a 9th unit that is a comprehensive review of the previous 8 units. I love this if you have the curriculum last the whole school year. This is great for summer school. This is great to send home with kids. This is great to do the month of June, maybe if you're a school that goes into kind of late into June. And I also really like this to start the school year with. So maybe if you do all of Level 4 this year, this is a great thing to start next year with to kind of give a good review and make sure all these skills are still really mastered. So again, this is a complete math curriculum, everything you need to teach a very wide range of skills, data sheets, rubrics, assessments, everything. Um, I've loved, loved hearing all of your feedback on it. Um, so I'm really happy, um, to get this to you guys near the start of the school year so everyone can get started using it. So this was a product preview of the Math Level Daily Curriculum Level 4 by theautismhelper.com.
