Hi, this is Sasha from TheAutismHelper.com, and this is a product preview of Move It or Lose It Movements. So this is a set of visual cue cards to do different— mimic different actions that can all be easily done within the classroom. I originally made these because I've been really struggling with indoor recess. My kids get really antsy, and I know I do too, and I want them to be able to move around and do something fun but still in a structured way and providing that visual cue, which helps not even just children with autism but really all kids kind of taking just the language part out of it and giving that picture cue. So there's 36 different cue cards, and here's a description on how to use them and how to set them up. And I also made a cheat sheet in case you kind of don't understand what the picture is supposed to mean. So there's 2 pages of a cheat sheet, and you— I laminated this back-to-back and just stashed it to the side in case I ever forget what I meant by one picture. So the picture— the cue cards are all in circles. I laminated them and then pasted them on a popsicle stick. And if you cut them out in twos, you can actually fit 6 on one laminating page. So this was pretty quick and easy to make. It took me about 10 minutes to set it up. And I used this portion right here as the visual label for the jar I put it in. So these are all different things, kind of movement things to get kids up and moving, which is a great way to have a break in your class and then come back together and have more engaged learners later. So everything from shake your tongue, hands in the air, pointing, kicking, body parts, moving your elbow, racing position, lay down. So the visual cue kind of indicates what they should do. Here's all the different cards. There's 36 different ones in this set. So some are pretty easy and some are a little bit more difficult. Some of them do involve, you know, certain parts— wiggle your leg, throw a ball, right and left, head right, head head right to left, right hand, left hand, things like that. So those are all of the different cards. This has been really great for giving my kids a chance to get that energy out, because I know we're all at the point in the year where sometimes they just need a little break.
