Hi, this is Sasha from theautismhelper.com, and this is a product preview of the Ultimate Packet of Behavior Management Visuals for Children with Autism. I'm going to give you a quick rundown of all the resources included in this packet. The first one is the 3-Strike-to-Timeout Visual. I have a pretty lengthy description and how to set it up. You velcro the 3 pieces on here and pull off each strike for each inappropriate behavior, and then that reveals the timeout picture. So here's the printable. For that. Next is— are some good behavior and bad behavior charts. I have some mini ones here that are great for putting in a binder or having on a student's desk. Good behavior, bad behavior, and good talking, bad talking. This little visual here, I actually laminate this and the white circle and then put a piece of hard Velcro here and here and some soft Velcro on the back of this. This is— and then the white circle will go wherever the student is. Are you happy with his behavior? Are you sad with his behavior? This is a very subtle intervention to use in an inclusion classroom or to keep on a desk or in a binder. Here's the big printable for good behavior, bad behavior. This gives some nice visuals of exactly what good behavior looks like and exactly what bad behavior looks like. You can use this in the start of the day to kind of prepare for having good behavior or after something happens to show like, "Where was your behavior? It was this. This is part of bad behavior." Next are some star charts. These are kind of mini token economies. There is a 5-star and a 3-star. So basically the child will pick what they're working for and after each task or after each good behavior they earn star. After they get all of them, they earn their reinforcer. So you'll put soft Velcro here, hard Velcro on the back of the stars to kind of earn all the stars along the way. Next is this mini checklist that I use for any targeted behaviors that you want to increase, such as turning in homework, walking in the hallway, you know, being good on putting their backpacks away, things like that that you want to kind of monitor throughout the week, any daily tasks. So you write initials of the students here after you laminate it and the task step down here and then kind of like a little price key. So like 10 stars or 10 checks equals computer, 8 stars or checks equals break time. So here's the visual for that. This is only for 4 students, but you could easily post one per group or several together. Next are the interval token economies. Here's a little visual for this. Morning and afternoon, laminate this and use a dry erase marker to give tallies each time a student passes the time interval with no bad behaviors, and then how many tallies equals the point to kind of earn one of these reinforcers. Next are some home-school communication pieces. This one is for good behavior at home, so mom will sign off when you have good behavior at home to earn a treat at school. And here's a homework chart to kind of check in doing homework every night. And last but not least is the noise social story. A social story gives a very clear visual description of what to do instead of what not to do. So here is one about loud noises, and instead of yelling or crying, I can say, "Be quiet and cover my ears." This is great for kids with autism to show this visual description of how to act.
