Hi, this is Sasha from theautismhelper.com, and this is a product preview of my Valentine Party Setup Kit. So if you've checked out any of my other class party setup kits, this runs the same way. When you download, it's a zip file, so you'll have two different files: a 4-station party and a 5-station party. So this depends on how many groups you put your class into, depending on the amount of kids you have or the amount of staff. I'm going to go through the 5-station party. The 4-station option has the same stations included. This 5-station one just has one extra. So there's instructions for setup, a shopping list, and other common classroom materials that you'll need to have this party. All of the activities are planned, schedules are included, everything's here ready to go, no laminating required. So the 5 stations are included right here. This is kind of a general overview of what the party is, and here is the schedule. So you'll write how long each group will be at each station: 10 minutes, 15 minutes, etc. The adult that's at that station, and the location. So maybe Miss Thomas and the location is the morning meeting table. This one is Mr. Jenkins and the location is the fluency table. Post this, give this to your staff so everyone knows where everyone should be. Assign students to each group so staff and students will know where they're supposed to be each time. So this is a rotation that students will be doing throughout the room. Here are the student schedules. This is my favorite part. I love having kids have that ownership of going amongst the stations, knowing when things are coming. Maybe if they don't have candy right away or the cookie, they can tell that it's coming. Don't worry. As students go through the stations, they'll cross off each activity mimicking their real day. Just the same strategies we use on a daily basis, we should be using during class parties. So then there's a visual kind of full-page setup guide for each station. And this functions as a lot of things. First off, this is going to be the matching visual. So heart wreath, heart wreath that students will use to know which station they're going to. There's visual directions for showing exactly what to do at the station. For most of the art projects and recipes, there is a photo of the finished product. And then also materials needed. So this is great for your staff to set up. They'll know exactly what things they need at their table. Any of the cooking activities are no microwave, no oven, just kind of basic things. So here's Cupid's Crunch. It's kind of a little trail mix kind of thing. Station 3 has 2 options. I included 2 options on all of these sets because I want to kind of give a maybe more verbal language-based activity and then one that's a little bit for our— lower for our foundational level. Learners. So this one is a Valentine's Day following directions, and then here's all the direction cards, and then a roll and color. So you might just want one of them, or you might want to alternate between the two. Next is making a Valentine's card, and then the last one is a beaded heart. So the 5 different stations, everything's included, ready to roll. I know class parties can sometimes be challenging in our room, so my goal here was making it easy for you to set up and easy for your students to participate.
