Angela Kulcsar presents VB-MAPP Level 1 task cards: five resource sets including listener responding, motor imitation, and 200 tact flashcards in clipart and photo versions. The materials cover milestones 1 through 10 and support some Level 2 goals while keeping contrived items minimal.
I'm Angela Kulcsar, and this is a product preview of our VB-MAPP task cards for level 1. Now, for level 1 of the VB-MAPP, you do not need that many contrived items, meaning specific photo sets or exemplars or activities. Most of level 1 is done with just things in the natural environment, but there are a few tasks that you need some resources for, so those are all included in this one. There's only 5 sets, but again, it's going to cover everything you need for level 1. So first, we have level 1 listener responding 5M. This is selecting items from an array of 4. So we have 4 items and you'll pick the item from there. Next we have motor imitation for 1, 2, and 5. And then we have, these are also included into level 2 for listener responding. This is also motor imitation for 10M. So again, we try to make resources that will hit, be efficient and hit multiple milestones. So this is looking at oral and gross motor imitation. These are all the prompts for you that you will be doing in order to elicit that motivation— that imitation, excuse me. Next we have motor imitation for 3M and 5M. This is fine motor imitation and imitation with objects. Next we have tact 5M, and this is going to be this huge set of pictures. We got a clipart one, and down here we have the real photo. So this set is also included in our level 2 set. This works on a lot of skills. This works on, um, this works on tact 5M, tact 6M from level 2, 10M from level 2, linguistics goals, and we included clipart and real photo. That's a set of 200 flashcards to work on all of those goals. So you have your level 1 reference sheet and your subject area reference page for all the levels, and that's everything for level 1 for our VB-MAPP aligned task cards.
