Will's Place, a nonprofit café, uses custom check-off cards to handle coffee and tea orders their POS system can't track. Customers mark hot or iced, add milk or sugar, then hand the card to staff at the coffee station. It cuts errors and speeds up drink prep.

I'm excited to show you guys these coffee and tea order visuals that I made for Will's Place, the nonprofit cafe and restaurant that The Autism Helper partners with. So they're having some trouble with how many different variations there are for coffee and tea orders. You know, you can get coffee hot or iced, you can get tea hot, there's different things we can add in. So I set up these cards that people can fill out when they're ordering coffee or tea. So the idea would be that they can basically just check off you know, what they want. I want hot coffee, I want milk, and I want sugar. And then when the employee gets this, they can then go to the coffee station and know what to set up because not all of these things are in their POS system. So this is going to be really easy for all of the employees to customize all of the coffee and tea orders.
