Sasha from The Autism Helper shows the Real Photo Token Board, a visual reward system for autistic students. It comes in two sizes with token sets of 3, 5, or 10, marked with checkmarks or stars. Students pick a reinforcer from 36 high-preference photos, earn tokens by completing tasks, then claim their reward.

Hi, this is Sasha from The Autism Helper, and this is a product preview of my Real Photo Token Board. So in this resource, you actually get two sizes: the small size and large size. I'm going to show you the large size. Everything is exactly the same in the small one, it's just a lot smaller. I like the larger one maybe for a child that doesn't have as good fine motor skills or just needs visually a little something bigger. I also really like it for a group or even whole class if you're doing some type of group contingency. You could post this at the board. As you can see, these are about half a page. So in each set you have 3 different options for the amount of tokens: 3, 5, or 10, as well as a first, then. And then included are checkmarks or stars. I wanted to include checkmarks because I really envisioned with Real Photos moving towards older students, so I think the checkmarks are a little bit more age-appropriate. And then there are the reinforcer pictures. So I believe there are 36 different reinforcer pictures of commonly highly preferred items: food, toys and activities and different like art supplies, school supplies. If I'm missing a few that you must have, I'm absolutely happy to make it for you. So you could just shoot me an email after you purchase. And then a choice board. So the idea is here is a student would pick from the choice board, put it on their I Am Working For card, and earn checkmarks or stars, and then retrieve their item.
