In this brief presentation, the speaker addresses the common challenge teachers face when trying to teach social skills to students of varying abilities within the same classroom. To alleviate this, a Social Skills Curriculum has been developed that categorizes each social skill—such as personal space—into multiple proficiency levels. Educators can select the appropriate level for each student, whether the skill is being introduced at a basic stage or refined at an advanced stage, ensuring instruction is tailored to individual developmental needs.
