This is one of my must-have visuals. This you're going to laminate back to back and you're going to put Velcro on it and put it on the outside of your door. When you are working, it's going to be on this side, so you're going to instruct anyone entering your room to knock and enter quietly. And when you're not there, you can put this side on so it says, "Be back soon."
