Hi, I have a creative challenge for you today, and it's this: I want you to write a poem. I want you to take a couple of words at random from a dictionary. Take a dictionary, open it, and take a noun, any noun, first one you come to. You go to find another noun, and then ideally I want you to write a poem involving both those words. If you can't do both, do one. The poem could be a limerick. There was a young lady from Spain who was dreadfully sick in a train. You know, that sort of structure. It could be a haiku with 5 syllables, then 7 syllables, then 5 syllables. Or it could be just any kind of poem that you want to write, but you've got to force some kind of rhyme. You've got to have some kind of story or message in there, and you've got to involve at least one of the words, preferably both of them. That is your creative challenge today. I want you to write it out, and I want you to enjoy it.
