Triforce Ideation is a strategic way to generate innovative ideas for your organization. Imagine a world where your business is always one step ahead, constantly evolving and outpacing competitors. How do you achieve this? The answer lies in Triforce Ideation. Triforce Ideation is a powerful brainstorming method focusing on 3 key elements: strengths, values, and assumptions. This structured approach ensures your resulting ideas are both comprehensive and aligned with your core competencies. First, let's talk about building on strengths. Identify and leverage the key strengths of your company. These are the areas where you already excel. Gather a diverse team and list all the strengths that define your organization. These might include advanced technologies, unique skills, extensive market reach, and and so on. Each strength is a potential springboard for innovation. Next, brainstorm ideas that build on these strengths. If you have a robust technology platform, consider expanding its capabilities. If marketing is your forte, think of innovative ways to reach new customer segments. Generate many ideas for each strength. Now let's move to innovating through values. Your company's values are not just ethical guidelines. They are a powerful source of inspiration for innovation. List the core values your company embodies. For example, these might be sustainability, employee well-being, continuous learning, and suchlike. These values influence how you interact with customers, employees, and the community. For each value, brainstorm ways to innovate that enhance the value. If diversity is a core value, develop initiatives to foster inclusivity. If customer service is key, think of new ways to exceed customer expectations. Encourage the team to come up with plenty of ideas. Finally, challenge your assumptions. These are the beliefs or expectations you have about your customers, markets, products, competitors, and so on. List the things that everyone accepts as true. What if these assumptions are not true? By challenging assumptions, you open the door to new ways of thinking. This could lead to innovative ideas in, for example, social media marketing, digital commerce, or customer engagement strategies. Once again produce a good selection of ideas. Finally, select the best ideas from the whole process using some agreed criteria. For example, you might choose ideas which are practical, bold, and impactful. Then take steps to implement some of the ideas. Triforce Ideation is a powerful brainstorm method which will deliver terrific innovations for your organization. Thank you for watching this video.
