Paul H. Flowers Jr. here, and I am amazingly excited to be able to share with you all, my friends, my family, colleagues, what it is that I'm getting into, right? Going into 2025, decided to take that leap and get involved in the Next Gen Benefits Mastermind, and I just got my box right on time to start off the new year. I was taking a look at the box and I figured while I open it, I might as well share with everyone, and I noticed right here on the side, collaborate. Innovate, disrupt, and ultimately win. Because that's exactly what I'm looking to do and what we're looking to do in 2025, and that's win. So let's take a look and see what we got inside the box. Well, first and foremost, take a look at there. There's the founder popping himself right in. Nelson Griswold, a pleasure to see you, sir. And we're going to go ahead and bend it down for a little bit and see what's in the box. Oh, Alright, I like that. A nice NexGen logo on the hat. This way we can go ahead and replace one with the other. And yes, I'm having a hair day, okay? So we're gonna go ahead and just pop that one on. Nice and sporty. I like the fit. Alright, a steady strap. Looks like something we can put on the phone to make sure that I can hold it nice and tight when I'm making those very, very important communications. Alright, thank you so much, NexGen. Alright, next up we've got a couple of good reads in here. Next Generation Healthcare: Proven Secrets of Managing the Healthcare Value Chain to Improve Outcomes and Reduce Costs. Looks like Nelson and the team put together quite a good read here, so I'm looking forward to diving right in. Okay, got another one. This one looks like it's an Amazon bestseller. Life and Death Decisions in the C-Suite. Hmm. "how the US insurance system puts your employees' lives and health at serious risk and how you can fix it." So I think this one's actually targeted towards the C-suite. These are gonna be your CEOs, CFOs, CHROs, the people that make the decisions that ultimately impact millions of lives in our country. Oh yeah, definitely looking forward to that one. Oh, last but not least, "Breaking Through the Status Quo." I've heard so much about status quo benefits. I've seen status quo benefits, and to realize that there's actually a way, and much like the subtitle says, to change change the benefits game and boost the bottom line, I think this is going to be an excellent read.
