Welcome to our live show!

In this 8‑minute monologue, Paul H. Flowers Jr. introduces his new segment “Life with Flo” and recounts his first 120 days working in the pilot‑car/escort industry. He describes the cultural and professional challenges he faced, including hostile factions that blacklist newcomers, and promises to expose unprofessional brokers, carriers, and companies with documented evidence (texts, emails, video). Flowers leverages his credibility—multiple Amazon best‑selling books, an award‑nominated podcast, U.S. patents, and a master’s degree—to explain why he entered the industry: to raise standards, eliminate toxic “negative Nancys, Carls, and Karens,” and provide a mature, transparent model for newcomers. He announces an upcoming book (title to be revealed on October 23) that will detail his 120‑day experience and a follow‑up volume focused on industry actors. The tone is motivational, investigative, and promotional, aimed at carriers, pilots, and brokers who want a clearer, more ethical view of the pilot‑car sector.

Life with Flo! I am more than excited, uh, and Life with Flo is just something I made up today. It's brand new, but there has been a lot of fun and exciting things that have been going on in my life. Needless to say, one of the things that I'd not spoken a whole lot about had been my recent interest in the pilot car industry. And believe it or not, it's one hell of an industry. Coming into virtually any industry as a— that's dominated by a particular type of person or a particular subset, right, of people, there's always going to be some challenges. And when I say that there are challenges, boy, are there some. There are groups of people and industries that are welcoming. There are groups of people that are allowing you in or will allow you in. And then there are groups of people in and around those industries that will absolutely, uh, blacklist or ban you, right? And we're going to talk about the ones that are in and around the pilot car industry specifically. So aside from the 120-day recap that I'll not only talk about in live form and function, but also in several of my books and articles. That again, I'm so excited because my folks in transportation, right, the people in the transportation world, DOT, etc., you guys are going to love this. Um, I'm really more excited so that the things that I'd gone through in my first 120 days of work in the pilot escort industry Oh, sorry, it's starting. I got random things popping up already. Uh, that my first 120 days of work inside the pilot and escort industry, that they don't go— they don't go unnoticed, right? They don't go— that the things that happen, both good, bad, and indifferent, uh, don't go without someone. And someone, uh, being the next person that's deciding, hey, I want to change a career, hey, I want to add an additional stream of income. That these things that I've had to go through and grow through don't have to impact you. That's right, they don't have to impact you. There will be conversations about the carriers that are good, bad, and indifferent. There will be conversations about the brokers and other pilot car companies that are really great. There's some that are okay to work with, and then there are others that will absolutely attempt to befriend you and then talk about you behind your back, right? See, the thing about being an adult is that if there's an issue, there's a mature way to handle almost any, any issue. Again, emphasis on mature. But when you have people that are involved in only their own feelings and think that they've got to be right because they're one of the people that have been doing this for a long amount of time, right, then you come up with attitudes and alliances that aren't necessarily for the benefit of the industry, but self-serving and egotistical. And we're going to talk about those things because, quite frankly, they deserve to be talked about. So if you can hear the sound of my voice, uh, we're also going to talk about— for those of you that are wondering why the hell I'm talking about this, they're like, dude, you've got— what is this— 1, 2, 3 books that have hit bestseller on Amazon in multiple categories. You've got an award-nominated podcast. You've got patents, U.S. patents. You've been a paid speaker and continue to do so. Like, why the hell would I get involved in pilot car work? Oh yeah, not to mention that master's degree back there. Yeah, that one. Master's in science. Uh, why would somebody with these accolades and this background come into the pilot car world? Well, quite frankly, to make a difference and to make a change. And believe me, there's going to be a difference. There's going to be a change. And the impact that is left within this industry, it is going to totally remove all the negative nasty Nancys, Carls, and Karens, as they've been called, right? Ideally, it'll remove them so that the people that are out there that are positive, that want to prosper, that have goals and dreams, and they can see a new way for things to be— it's going to give room for those people to shine through. So again, Paul H. Flowers Jr. here, amazingly excited to give more insight into the pilot car industry than ever seen before. And believe me, ladies and gentlemen, unlike people out there that do things by hearsay, everything that I talk about is going to have received that video the other day. Everything. Everything. She didn't ask me. Well, kind of in a roundabout way she might have. She just wanted me to make people aware. But one thing, uh, there's going to be so much good stuff inside of this next conversation. Again, I just want people to know that, um, it's going to be a good time in the pilot car industry. And for those carriers out there, you're gonna learn the truth about some of the people that you've been working with. For those pilots out there, you're gonna learn the truth about the brokers that you've been working with. Again, the, the truth is one of those things that you can't get around it. Okay. Uh, most of my book is already done on my first 120 days in the pilot car industry. And again, I couldn't be more thrilled to release this. Actually, my goal was to release it on the 120th day of my first run, like that anniversary, uh, because we're coming up on that in like 2 days. But if my editor doesn't get it back in time, no worries. I will at least announce the title and where it can be purchased and set the launch release date, the pre-orders and all that stuff. So, all right guys, get ready for some excitement in this industry. We're going to actually elevate things. We're going to bring them to another level of understanding, right? And why elevate? I mean mentality. Um, because sometimes people get stuck in old ways of being, and 400 years later, right, just because a person is of color doesn't mean they're a hood rat. And unfortunately, that's a part of this industry. And again, like I say, I don't bring up anything without having the receipts. So any and every allegation, good, bad, and indifferent, about me and my dealings with the pilot car industry, I'm going to bring it all to light. Again, every text message, every email, every conversation, every video record— all of it, all of it. Mainly for the sake that, again, everything can be handled maturely. Everything, everything can be handled as adults. Everything. But when children get together and make attempts to tarnish and defame, slander, it usually doesn't end well for the children. Parents step in and break up those little squabbles. Well, I don't deal with little squabbles. I've not dealt with little squabbles in a long time, and I won't deal with little squabbles. But I will make a difference for those people out there that are deciding to come into the pilot industry so that they can not involve themselves with children For those actual business owners out there, the truckers, the carriers that are bringing in hundreds of thousands and millions of dollars of years, uh, a year impacting families all across this country, we're going to make sure that you too aren't dealing with children of this industry. Because again, there are plenty of children in this industry, and I couldn't be again more excited to show you exactly who they are. The type of things they say to you and about you. Because again, if they'll do it to one person, they'll do it to others. And we're going to again expose what needs to be exposed while at the same time elevating this industry. So this has been another fun and exciting time here sharing thoughts with those who choose to listen and those who choose to share and those who choose to again be in and around it. I appreciate you. I love you. And again, those of you who know me, which from any of my podcast recordings, etc., you know, many of you do, um, you understand my heart is gratitude. So I'm thankful for anybody that takes the time out for this last 8 minutes and 30 seconds to, uh, to listen in. And I'm even more excited for those of you who will see what's to come. I'll be announcing the title of the book and the launch date on the anniversary of my 120th day in the pilot car industry. And I'm just doing it by the date, it might be 121 or whatever. Excuse me, but on October 23rd, the title of that book will be released. You may see some snapshots. I have a couple of pages, right, a little, little read-through of some of the pages. But again, when you do get the whole book and the other one that's coming out after that about the people in the industry specifically. And this one's going to have some of that too. I, I hope for those of you who are in and around the pilot car industry that you use it to make a difference, right, that you use it to make change. So again, it's been another plum pleasing time here with Paul H. Flowers Jr. and all his craziness, and I hope that this message reaches the right ears Because again, sometimes things need to be learned by example. So, um, I'll be the positive example of how to operate in this pilot car industry. Hopefully I can help you to do the same. Bye for now.
