So this is the thought I've been having. How do you make a property manager that's been with you 30 days as efficient and as qualitative in terms of the service that they deliver and the decisions that they make? How do you make them as, as good as somebody that's been there for 25 or 30 years? And the answer to that is there's kind of like two things. One is it's just like understanding what went wrong and having the reps on things that go wrong. So an air conditioner breaks. It's crazy that a property manager has been doing it 25 years you just kind of know what to do because you've seen so many. But AI can do that for us. It can actually say, hey, this air conditioner is built in such and such time. Here's, here's what we recommend based on the statistics. The other thing AI is really good at doing is going through historical context and surfacing the things that matter. When an owner calls in and starts to talk about an air conditioner, the system should be pulling how old is that air conditioner, you know, what are the expectations, and should be informing the property manager on what is the best decision, given all the historical factors.
