I call this one their practice run. Like, literally, we're already planning for broker-owner in April. So you really start planning these 12 to 9 months out. And just because of the way we had to transition into selecting a new management company in that timing, they've really only had about 75 days of run-up on this. And I think people are going to be pleased with what they've done. But I think by the time we get to broker-owner next year, that's when like, hey, gloves are off, they know what to do, they've got a full run-up. I think that's the one that's going to really shine. I don't want to discourage anybody from coming to National this year because I think it's going to be great as well. We've got some great speakers lined up, including, you know, Barbara Corcoran, one of the Sharks. And I think that's going to be interesting to hear.
