Going to Brazil is never something that I would have just like figured out and went and done in 2027. But now that it's happening, the more I thought about it, I'm like, I need to take advantage of this. And really for 2 reasons. One, I need to take advantage of I'm not going to be young forever. I could break a leg tomorrow. I could have a sick child that needs me home 24/7. Like anything could happen and it's tax deductible. Like if you go with a bunch of other property managers, you can write it off. And so not to mention the fact that for Crane members, it's only $1,000 and the rest of it is covered. That's amazing!
