Property managers rush to respond fast but often send unhelpful emails. The best communication needs both speed and quality: quick replies that actually solve the problem. AI can now score email quality and detect when owners are frustrated.

The thing that I've been teaching the team right now, which I think is really important, is communication is really two pieces. It is speed and quality. And owners don't care how good it is if it doesn't get back to them quickly. And if you get back to them quickly with bad information, that's bad too. And so we are teaching our team and we're measuring how fast are we getting back to our owners, how fast are we getting back to our residents, and then what is the quality of the communication? Like how many back and forths are owners having with our property managers. The quantitative, like how quickly we get back to people, is very easy to measure. The qualitative is what's hard, right? Like how do you tell a good email from a bad email? But I think AI, I mean, not to use a, a, a current buzzword, but never heard of it. AI is actually gonna be, gonna, gonna help us solve some of this, right? It can tell what a good email is. Yeah. Versus a bad email or tell if an owner's pissed off after you've sent an email to 'em. Yeah, that's very true.
